Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving procedure that is used to restore a person’s breathing and circulation in the event of cardiac arrest. As such, it is an important skill to have, and knowing how to perform CPR is an essential part of healthcare training. At HRTBT, we provide a range of CPR classes to help people learn the basics of this lifesaving technique.
Our BLS CPR classes are designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills they need to provide effective CPR in an emergency. The classes are based on the American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines, and our instructors provide practical instruction and hands-on training that allows participants to practice their skills in a safe and supportive environment. In addition to teaching the basics of CPR, we also cover topics such as automated external defibrillator (AED) usage and how to recognize cardiac arrest.
During our BLS CPR classes, we cover the latest AHA guidelines and recommendations for providing effective CPR. We also provide real-life scenarios and simulations to help participants become familiar with the process of providing CPR. This allows them to gain the confidence and skills they need to effectively perform CPR in an emergency.
Our BLS CPR classes also provide participants with the opportunity to practice the skills they have learned in the classroom. We use manikins and other equipment to simulate real-life situations and give participants the chance to become comfortable with providing CPR in an emergency. Our instructors are also available to provide feedback and guidance throughout the class to ensure that everyone understands the material and is able to perform CPR effectively.
Our BLS CPR classes are designed to be comprehensive and provide participants with the skills and knowledge they need to provide effective CPR in an emergency. We also offer a range of other courses, such as first aid and advanced life support training, to ensure that everyone has the skills and knowledge they need to save lives. Sign up today!
